1.Strengthing of Goraya to Jandiala Road (Under PMGSY)

Client: PWD (B&R) Jalandhar Cant.

Organisation: Bhardwaj & Associates Engineering Consultants.

Responsibilities: Worked as Quality engineer in road construction project.

Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.

Setting up Quality control field laboratory, Supervision of Quality Control tests/Material tests of various highway materials. Monitoring of various Quality Control field tests done by field QC Engineers & Lab technicians.

Preparation of method statements of Road works like C&G, Earth work- Embankment, Sub grade,Shoulder & Median filling, GSB, WMM, Prime Coat, Tack Coat, BM,DBM,SDBC,BC, DLC,PQC, Kerb etc.,

Supervision and Management of all activities of Batching Plant operations, planning of material procurement

–Aggregate, Bitumen, Admixture and routine maintenance spare parts.

Planning, Monitoring & Reviewing of site material dispatch & gradation.

To collect site report and daily progress report on regular basis.

2.Reconstruction of GT Road to Gehri Mandi.

Client: PWD Amritsar.

Organisation: Bhardwaj & Associates Engineering Consultants.

Responsibilities: Worked as Quality engineer/Project engineer in road construction project.

Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation. Collect site report and daily progress report on regular basis.

Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from client.

Plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements.

Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent performance.

Direct coordination with client and sub-contractors. Reviews and approves the sub-contractors' quality documentation, and implements audits as well.

Resolve day to day issues from client and sub-contractor side. Some time also need to sort out the labour issue accordingly.

Site supervision, team coordination, quality test, office and site work, checkout the material requirement and other necessary things on day to day basis and so on.

3.Construction of Underground Subway/Metro Construction Project Tanggu Tianjin, China

Client: Tianjin Development Authorities.

Organisation: China State Construction 8

Responsibilities: Worked as paid intern in underground subway project.

Coordination and hiring of foreigner employees and intern, Site Supervision, check the construction sequence and technology.

Carried out the strength and crack test for concrete using cement, crumb rubber and waterborne epoxy to minimize the early age cracking in concrete and mortar.

Made different mix design for better performance of concrete and mortar using waterborne epoxy and other admixture.

Prepared presentations and other documents for company and client.

4.National Long Distance Fibre Installation.

Client: Reliance Jio

Responsibilities: Worked as site engineer in NLD fibre installation project.

Site inspection, supervision of construction work, Supervision of open trench and HDD and Site Survey.

Check out the correct dimensions of trench, mark latitude and longitude coordinates in system, implementation of tower construction according to the drawing, file daily progress report of each milestone.

Coordination with contractors and project team to execute the construction of fibre work. Check out the presence of machines during the time of work.

Check out manhole alignment and position, laying down fibre duct and optical fibre from tower to tower.

5.Metro Tunnelling Project (L&T SUCG JV, DMRC CC-05 Project) CAG Park, New Delhi.

Client: DMRC, New Delhi

Organisation: Larsen & Toubro (L&T)

Responsibilities: Worked as student trainee in underground metro station project.

Read the drawings, check the construction process, and follow and supervise the safety rules.

Make detailed report on construction of underground metro station considering construction process, batching plant, casting plant, environment health & safety.

Regular visit to casting plant and batching plant for regular aggregate test.

6.Renovation of Canal Uttarakhand

Client: Minor irrigation department Rudrapur.

Responsibilities: Worked as student trainee.

Site supervision and check the construction work according to the drawing.

Check out the material quantity and bills and report to the assistant engineer.
