Project Description
This system is used to control the power factor, using pic microcontroller displaying present data of current, voltage, lag, lead condition. Relays are connected in capacitor bank, based on lag and lead condition relays are controlled by using pic microcontroller. Two modes of controlling program did one is regular switching and another one is smart switching. Using pic microcontroller designed run mode, configure mode and test mode. Using EEPROM setting the power factor condition, on and off time, capacitor stages are stored. Using arduino microcontroller calculating voltage, current, power factor. And sending the arduino data serially through uart to pic microcontroller, after receiving the data it will on and off the relay so that power factor will be controlled.

Project Description
This system is used to set the alarm, using RTC DS1307. In EEPROM, storing minutes, hours data by using three key, one is up key and another one is down key, and another one is enter key, if up key is pressed it increment the data and if down key is pressed it decrement the data once enter key is pressed it stores the data in eeprom and it will come out of the loop. Comparing present data with EEPROM data once it's matched it will on the relay. Using LCD, displaying current date, time and next alarm data.
