LEADER VALVES LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of valves & boiler mountings in India producing more than 8,00,000 valves per annum.The company was set up about five dead’s ago when India was on the threshold of industrial evaluation and there was no good valve manufacturer in the country. It has over the years built up an excellent track record by following the policy of customer satisfaction.

WORK EXPEREINCE:-

Working as an engineer in ferrous foundry from Sep 2012 to till date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

To handle the moundling section (no bake co2) moulding and core making.

Methoding of new castings such as gating system design, risering.

Preparation of process sheet for different grades. ASTMA216, ASTMA 217, ASTMA 351, ASTMA 352.

Visual inspection of mould & core.

Planning and executive the shop floor operations like, shell moulding, maintaining the quality and quantity of mould and moulding sand.

Maintaining day wise production schedule produced report and back log report.

Control the closing section (air vent, cleaning of sleeves, and heating of mould to reduce the moisture.)

Visual inspection of casting as per MSS,SP55

Final inspection and preparation of ISO documents.

Prepare monthly production planning report base on marketing schedule.
