Establish and upgrade engineering documents like Standard Work Instructions, Specification sheets, parameter sheets, Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodology.

Draft HVAC layer in Plant AutoCAD Layout which helped facility engineer maintain a suitable environment at all seasons in the building; this was awarded Kaizen of the month being best practice in the workflow.

Perform hands-on work on Allen Bradly and Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI, press, electric circuit, electrical cabinet, sensor, machining, tooling, electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.

Collaborate with Project engineer on prototyping & new project planning, designing, analysis, preparation, completion and verification by coordinating with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for information, drawings and deliverables.

Develop and optimize testing and perform hands on testing of production sample and provide data to the corporate lab for process and product improvement every month.

Observe quality data, analyze and take corrective action to reduce scrap, improve manufacturing operations

Involve in incident report & Gemba walk to promote safety & continuous improvement in the production facility.
