Perform hands-on work on Allen Bradly and Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI, press, electric circuit, electrical cabinet, sensor, machining, tooling, electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
Collaborate with Project engineer on prototyping & new project planning, designing, analysis, preparation, completion and verification by coordinating with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for information, drawings and deliverables.
Develop and optimize testing and perform hands on testing of production sample and provide data to the corporate lab for process and product improvement every month.
Observe quality data, analyze and take corrective action to reduce scrap, improve manufacturing operations
Involve in incident report & Gemba walk to promote safety & continuous improvement in the production facility.
