DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Condition & monitoring of process equipments continuously at regular intervals.

Observing process parameters in field time to time any deviation observed immediately informed to the

area in charge for safe operation

Following SOP for all equipments while handling

Logging, reporting abnormalities to control operator for further process

Proper log maintaining for further cross checks towards equipments.

Trouble shooting of the equipments.

Maintaining good house keeping

Actively Monitoring critical functions in hydrocarbon Production and Processing Plants and working on

emergency shutdown systems(ESD) and thereby Anticipating, Identify Guarantying safe operation and

Ensuring the proper shutdown processes

Start-up & shut down activities followed

LOTO equipment Before giving maintenance

Test Run for the standby equipment as per the schedule

Having good knowledge in instrumentation, mechanical and electrical, finding out the abnormalities in

plant activities

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

Observe rotary equipments bearing sounds, vibrations and any abnormal sounds and oil levels

Any leaks any abnormal process parameters observation
