Liable for 8D Report preparation and Root cause analysis of return parts from customer end.

Responsible for analysis of customer complaints and 8D review at supplier end.

Prepare and circulate the supplier PPM and rating on monthly basis.

Handling all measuring and testing equipments like CMM, Contour, Roundness Tester (ZEISS),Millipore testing, Linear Height Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Profile Projector, Air Gauges, Roughness Tester, Slip Gauges, Hardness Tester,& Gauges like Ring gauge, snap gauge, Thread plug gauge, Thread ring gauge, Plug gauge, Dial gauge, etc..
