RESPONSIBILITY

Designing of solid models including Part and Assembly modelling, detailing and GD&T and Machining Symbols of Casted, Forged and Sheet metal components.

Involved in creation of various components and concept models in sheet metal.

New development of design by importing the required data’s from the Benchmark samples.

Generating some casting, machining and sectional drawing based on the manufacturing feasibility.

Cross checking of generated drawings with standard check list to avoid errors and to start the approval process.

Uploading the model, drawings and required documents to the PLM.

Preparing BOM and model structure in PLM.

Ensure Component physical measurements as per design specification

PROJECT

AIR TANK RESERVOIR

As per the customer requirement to create air tank with and without brackets after that checking FEA feasibility to get the theoretical reports.

Create outline drawings for suppliers. Sectional, air tank assembly, end cover assembly and bracket assembly drawings for creating manufacture purpose.

After manufactured the air tank to getting samples for suppliers and check leak test, salt spray test and vibration test to prove practically.

CRUSHER MACHINE

Mj55 crusher machine create all structural assembly like base assembly, Beam Assembly, Walkway assembly, Safety Guard assembly for Crusher and Chute create as per requirements

Create all drawings with TEREX INDIA standards and create Bom

Create GA drawings, sales drawings, decal drawing

Upload all drawing pulse PLM.

PICK AND CARRY 17T MOBILE CAREN

17t crane is split into four session they are front body, rear body, boom body, and hydraulics and electrical.

To remove a Mercedes benz engine and then fix Volvo engine,changes the front body design these are the major changes.

This machine was already the built-in US. Now Terex is going to launch in India with the same specifications and also update.

In Us built the machine on 15t Crane, but in India, they are going to manufacture a 17t crane due to customer need. In this machine, the counterweight is added at the front and rear body to balance the weight.

India can't make the standard sheet metal like the US, so they are discussing with the supplier for split sheet metal parts in specified requirements with strength.

Creo 6.0 using to create 2D and 3D model for Front body and Boom.

Preparing the lifting drawing, Articulation drawing, Turning radius drawing,Ga drawing, front body and boom drawings are included.

Final release on plm with proper BOM and ECO number
