Ensure compliance with job specific Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities.
Carryout site inspection and ensure complying HSE plan requirement at site
Verifying and ensure PTW system and related doc. complying for site activities.
Follow reporting system such as site observation, near miss, incident reporting etc.
Advise to work force important of HSE requirement.
Conducting enhancing program for work force to improving attitude towards HSE such as weekly safety moment, emergency evacuation plan participates to conduct mock drill and all HSE related training.
Make sure availability of facilities arrangement system.
Ensure to keep HSE related required doc. (valid 3rd party certificate, insurance at site.
Keep on continues monitoring to site activities to avoid unwanted event.
Participate and present TBT to work force.
Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
Ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
Oversee and assist subcontractors in emergency drills as required
Knows and properly executes emergency assignment in accordance with company procedures
Ensure compliance with Company, Client and Regulatory authorities, Policies and Procedure during assignments to projects and within area of responsibility
To promote safety awareness and consciousness in all employees and contractors
Report all Injuries and Incidents and Near Misses, maintaining a record of all such occurrences
Maintaining cross-reference between Work permit, supporting permits/certificate and associated permit.
Coordinating work permit with client or others contractors.
Deliver Safety Section of Induction training for all new employees and run update sessions on a regular basis for all existing employees.
Create and update HSE promotional bulletins/presentations and support continual improvement plan of the HSE System.
