According to the Instrument manual, we are checking the values as per the work instruction.

History card is maintained for detailed information of instruments.

Internal Calibrated Certificates are verified

Hence It is Identified by a Calibration Label

DOCUMENTATION CONTROL

Documents related to Incoming Quality, Calibration, Engineering(NPI,IPR,ECO) are maintained.

Uploading the status of ROHS/REACH of each Assembly with the conformation of Customer.

Inhouse calibration documents (Soldering Iron, Oven, Tinning pot) are maintained in separate location.
