1 – As a Mech. Site incharge: - As a consultant working against “Annual Contract for operation & Maintenance of Fume treatment plants and Alumina Handling systems” at M/s. Hindalco Industries Limited, Hirakud (An Aditya Birla Group Company).and M/s.Vedanta Ltd(jharsuguga).

Commissioned 3 Lines of Billet casting machines till date with a total capacity of 27000MT design capacity of billet production per Month.

Working Holding furnace (Capacity 60 ton), Homonizing furnace (Hertwitch), Billet Casting Matchine (Make- WagStaff), Strapping Machine (Make- Signode) and all pneumatic and hydraulic lines. Atlas Copco Compressor, Centrifugal Pumps, Valves etc. EOT (Make- Fafeco 25MT, 16MT, 10MT) maintenance, Brake checking, Rope replacement job. Centrifugal Pumps,

*Pneumatic cylinders and valves, furnaces.

*I have capable of doing maintenance of Over head Cranes with 25 Ton capacity, Compressors, Pumps, Cooling towers, Nitrogen plant, Melting furnaces, Billet casting table, Billet cutting & Air dryer units.

*I have a knowledge in Gear boxes, & bearings and in advance/latest tool techniques.

*I can Plan and develops PM & CBM activities to ensure reliability of equipment.

*System development e.g. SMPs, checklists etc.

*Asset Optimization system implementation.

*Focus & drive on continuous improvement programs & special projects,

*Implement 5S system.

*I am having a team of root Cause Analysis and review of repetitive breakdown of all critical equipment.

2- As a Service Engineer : -KAY International Limited is renowned all over India for the manufacturing of root Blowers and Boosters.

The Company has its own manufacturing set up in Sonepat Haryana. It has Collaboration with French company named as M/S. HIBON.

Kay International is the successful pioneer as the manufacturers of the high-end industrial air blower sector in India. The manufacture of twin lobe roots blower was the first milestone in their long rewarding journey so far. *Co-ordinating & Servicing all the Service Jobs for 4 regions (Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh & Odisha)

*Servicing / Overhauling of Twin lobe Air compressor (Positive displacement type).

*Servicing the Air Blower on Customers site as per their requirement / Call Log.

*Providing Telephonic support to the customers round the clock 24 X 7 Hours.

*Attending the customers complaints within 08-10 Hours from the Logging Time, If log in Business working Hours.

*Generating spares and collecting the order from the customers.

*Explaining the technical details / Operation of the machine to the customers.

*Explain the Safety norms while using / operating the Machines.

*Interaction with the clients to get the enquiries of spares and new requirement of Machines.

*Submitting Best Techno-Commercial Offers as per the requirement of Customer for spares, service, and new requirement Machines.

*Follow-up with the customers for clearance of Pending Service / Supply Bills.

3 – As a Service Engineer: -Parishudh Machines Pvt Ltd is the ideas leading manufacturer of CNC grinding machines & CNC turning machine, serving the machine tool industries for the post one decade with high edge technology and quality. Its top most client includes Tata Motor, Mico motor industries corporation, Richo Auto Ltd, Goetz India Ltd. Sri Ram Piston & Rings Ltd., Zf Stearing, GNA Axles Ltd. etc.
