Production Assistant March 2017 – October 2018

I served as the Production Assistant on an upcoming web series “AVN Inc.” My responsibilities consisted of setting up for the shoots, making sure the actors and crew had everything they needed throughout the day, switching out the camera batteries. Other jobs that I was responsible for throughout the production process were going over the scripts with the director, helping with the casting call sessions, scheduling the actors for rehearsals and shooting days.

My job as the Video Production Intern was to oversee and assist the video production crew. The crew was in charge of editing various shows that were put on at the college using the Avid editing software. My responsibilities consisted of checking on the crew at the beginning of each call, making sure they understood how the Avid editing software worked, answering any questions and troubleshooting the software whenever there was a problem and made sure they met their deadlines of their projects. Management Crew Head, Operations Manager and Front of House Manager Brooklyn, NY

From February to June, I worked as the Front of House Manager for the show, Dylan. I was responsible for making sure the run crew was on time and ready to work on show days. I was also responsible for selling tickets, checking off the names of special guests and those who preordered tickets. Finally, I was responsible for counting and reporting the money that was made at the end of each show night. From September to November, I worked as the Management Crew head. My responsibilities consisted of setting up sign-in sheets for each crew, give day to day tasks to the rest of my crew, setting up run crew hours for the Haunted Hotel attraction and 2

running the meetings at the end of each call to discuss where each crew is currently at with their jobs. My other job was to be the Operations Manager for the running of The Graves End Inn a Haunted Hotel attraction. My responsibilities as Operations Manager consisted of making sure the run crew was on time and ready to work, going through the pre-show checklist, calling the opening of the attraction, report anything wrong in the attraction and calling the closing of the attraction. Video Projection Crew Head

I worked at The Graves End Inn a Haunted Hotel attraction at my college. I was the crew head of the Video Projection crew. I was responsible for getting my crew to put the video system together. The video system was a 16 camera system that showed live video throughout the attraction. I was also responsible for using the Dataton Watchout program to playback the videos of the patrons going through the attraction after they exit. Education
