Job Profile:

Heating & Cooling load calculation using manual, E20 & HAP software’s

Preparation of shop drawing on AutoCAD for HVAC

Preparation of Duct and pipe design layout and quantity take off

Preparation of HVAC drawings etc.

Preparation of VRF/VRV drawings etc.

Static pressure calculation, Pump Head Calculation, & Toilet exhaust system.

Preparation of Schematics for each system and developing single line design mark up for drawing. Assigning duct levels, preparing duct cross section, equipment, grill schedules and isometric drawings for CHW, piping & cross section for the pump room and plant room.

Preparation of input /output statement for HVAC Equipment to design BMS Systems.

Knowledge on HVAC Systems as per ASHRAE, ISHRAE etc

Preparation of Material Submittal, Method Statement, Shop drawing, Project Schedule and planning.

Manage installation of ducts for ventilation purposes.

Co-ordination with consultant for submittal and approval of material equipment.

Perform regular inspection all materials and works for all plumbing activities.
