o Job involves co-ordination with various teams which includes RCOM, RJIL, and Samsung & COLO Partner Responsible for OFC rollout in coordination with vendor team including DPR of Trenching, ducting, laying of OFC cable and ways to speed up work

o I have completed the Fiber rollout of 1000 Km of own built fiber & HOTO of 500 Km. route from RCOM to RJIL.

o Coordination with OSP Group for restoring of

NLD/Core/Collector/CSS fiber cut & within MTTR.

o Management & planning of root surveillance of OFC, Root Validation, Link loss monitoring.

o Co-ordination with vendor & getting all the materials related issue/ RCOM Issue resolved. Co-ordination with RCOM as these towers belongs to them & RJIL have taken it on lease to launch their 4G Project. o Playing lead role in right vendor selection for COLO Project & Fibber Execution along with SCM & ensure timely placement of purchase order to selected vendors. Conduct regular meeting to avoid gaps & ensure timely completion of project.

o Liasoning and ROW management at senior must level with Government (Both State & Central) authorities like Forest, NHAI, Defence, BRO, Railways, Oil & Gas Ministry, PWD, Electricity Board, etc to ensure ROW permission to deliver the project within time line along with EB Connection.

o Develop and manage a full-scale project plan associated with time- plan, organization chart, define process flow, job scope and project report.
