IPit Project Management

IPit is a project tracking system designed to plan the work done within the company based on web. Abilities of Ipit

Creating tasks about projects within company and calculates how many hours spending on the projects.

Allows calculation of estimated effort with retrospective reports. Includes an ticket system for support out customers. When a mail comes out support mail inbox system a listener listen this inbox and creating ticket for support team and system send automail to customer as your ticket has reached in ourside. When the ticket reaches the system, any one of the support team can take the ticket.

Allows calculate effort for supporting customers.

Allows send email with attachments to customers with support mail through the ticket system. Used technologies are MySql, JDK 8, HTML5, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap. DIM(Digital Invoice Management)

Its is an ERP application. Its most spectacular feature is that it can process different invoices from many different companies in pdf form. First of all DIM listen an email inbox and when an invoice pdf reaches this inbox system parse this invoice and creates tasks on system. A user can take this task for match with purchase orders coming from ERP system and approve . It works integrated with ERP system. There is an step based approval sycle. For example lets assume 2 steps for approval, when an approver approves invoice, invoice sends second approver, when secon approver approves the invoice, invoice uploads to ERP system. It has a lot of feature working with ERP system. Used technologies are MsSql, JDK 8, HTML5, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap Rest API, Angular JS, Spring Boot Supplier Portal

Its an ERP application. Allows communication between customer and supplier and managing purchase orders. It works integrage with ERP system.

It is a web application of a large transformer production factory which makes custom and standard production, reporting to the customer, preparing budget for the transformer, reporting, archiving, and integrating with its own engineering works and ERP LN system. Collecting the data needed for the products to be tested and the data provided by the engineering team were collected through webservice. Data from Taflan application and engineering data are combined and kept in excel and database. These data are sent to the test system and the manually calculated test data is calculated automatically. Application create reports of transformers. Technologies used are C #, SOAP webservice.
