Company Profile:

Bhagwati steel sales providing service in large scale industries like- Class india (German Base Company), IEC ( Kirloskar Genset Manufacturer) in partnership with Tata Steel.

Job Responsibilities:

Being supply chain/ logistics manager of the company, my responsibilities is to oversee all the related activities in the connection to get the work done in timely and accurate manner including liaison with vendors, cost negotiation, contract finalization, time sheet, leading the team, coordination with departments and MIS reports to the top management of the company.

Review the daily order list and planning the work as per the priority set by the related departments.

Posting and reviewing of the orders in accurate manner.

Preparation of the invoices on completion of the orders.

Arrange and cross check all the related documents required in relation to the invoices/challans and handover to the finance department.

Ensure the timely delivery of the goods in accurate and phrased manner.

Managing and preparation of inventory reports with complete accuracy and present it to the management on periodical basis.

Negotiations and coordination with the vendors and customers on regular basis.

MIS reports in relation to the inventory and costing to the management.

Provide timely explanation of variance and reports on costs to the top management.
