Position : Quality Assurance Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and scrutinizing the drawings for correctness of standards regarding raw material, surface protection, heat treatment and etc.
Raw material identification with MILL Test certificate and verifying the Traceability.
Witnessing of raw material testing for chemical analysis, metallographic tests and mechanical tests.
Preparing the Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) of raw materials and fabrication.
Modification of QAP according to the designer/project requirements.
Review of process document, Inspection Plan along with Inspection formats and QA Matrix (inspection stages)
Associating during Non-Destructive testing viz. Ultrasonic Test, DPT and etc.
Reviewing of heat treatment charts & temperature cycles as per QAP.
