Performed various roles in operation of steel Melting Shop

Proficient in making Steel Grades for: Pipe & Tubes (WTP), Hot rolled coils for Deep Drawing Applications (DRW), Cold Rolling Applications (CRM), Corten Grades (COR), Cylindrical Manufacturing (LPV), General Application

(GEN), Interstitial Free Steel (IFS), Silicon Steel Grades for Electrical Steel, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Quality Plates (BPV), Ship building, Transport Grade steel,Line Pipe Steel and Application and Micro alloyed Steels.

Responsible for RH Degasser commissioning in SMS II and managed the units work from operation to maintenance.

Responsible from planning to execution and manpower management for RH Degasser Operation and optimization of RH processing time.

Performed role of 5S Management, root cause analysis and secondary steel making and Vacuum treatment.

Responsible for training and development of entrance to steel making shop.

Responsible for planning of production sequences with EAF and Caster.

Looking after the overall safety of equipment’s and staff, including bringing down the cost of ferroalloys consumption.

Responsible for monitoring, process control and optimization of processing time of LF SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Always aware about Safety & strictly follow the safety norms.

RH Degasser planning and execution

Able to use Microsoft office

Making Standard addition of Fe-alloys for various grades.

Developing Standard Operating Practice for all steel grades
