Repair, troubleshoot diagnose and reprogramming main engine monitoring and control system (MTU, CATERPILLER, CUMMINS, VOLVO, YAMAHA, WHISPER POWER)
work on deep sea and air camp controller on generators. Repair and maintain the ship propulsion control system.(Azmuth, water jet, motor jet, cpp, bow thruster)
Design and Repair valve control and monitoring system, navigation light control system, tank monitoring system.
Design and Program the PLC Siemens s7 via TIA PORTAL and installation of system as per customer requirements. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in PLC based control system. Installation and commission the control system. Installation of HMI & SCADA system.
INSTALLATION & repair OR calibrations of sensors and gauges. Fit new or repair hydraulic & pneumatic valve and solenoid.
Design and Repair control panel of motors, hydraulic power pack system, pneumatic system and pumps.
I read the technical diagrams and draw the diagrams through autocad. Calculate the load and calculate the wire size and given load trails after finishing of servicing of alternator.
Prepare specifications, schedules and any other design documents developed through the project.
Give recommendation for drawback. Give estimate to client for repair, replacement and installations.
Coordination work with QA/QC supervisor engineer, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic, piping & welding workshops.
Do follow up with clients and communicate with manufactures if possible on technical equipments. Perform routine and annual maintenance of client boats. Perform preventative maintenance, surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
After completion of jobs gives trails to customer in his presence then makes service report and get it sign. Gives updates day to day activities and reports to head of department.

Responsibilities is to conduct Ships Refits, E.M.P (Essential Maintenance Program) & D.E.D (Dock Essential Program) Programs. Before the start these programs conducting sea trail for making a list defective machineries or operational machineries. Defective machineries remove and repair if possible on ship otherwise take them to workshop for repair and reinstall and duct satisfactory trails on load. After completion of these programs conducting a sea trail for two and make a report of all repair machineries. Maintain and Repair these Controls & Monitoring and Instrument system, Main engines, Generators, Ship steering, Fire Alarm, Azmuth and Bow thruster, Engine & Generator Synchronization, Power Distribution System, Chiller/HVAC System, Hydraulic Cranes & Hydraulic Power Pack Systems, Motors Remove, Repair & Reinstall. If any machinery equipment found defect then make a demand of equipment after approval draw it from store and reinstall. Equipments are Electronics cards, Electromagnetic equipments, hydraulic & pneumatic valves. Plan, schedule, coordinate and perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
