Duties and Responsibilities:

●Understanding and implementation of Quality control procedure ; Quality Manuals, Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans accordance with Client Specification and applicable International Codes and Standard.

●Preparation and Qualification of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT).

●Performing Welder Qualification tests and evaluate their visual and NDT results.

●Prepare pre and post punch of piping, hydro test, commissioning works and different QC activities.

●Preparing Daily Progress report and Reporting to the client’s inspector.

●Maintaining the qualified welder log, Radiographic testing log.

●Initiating RT requests and coordinating RT crew from TPI.

●Reviewing RT films, repair and reshoot, if found any unacceptable defects in the welds.

●Trained to operate Lockout and Tag, Confined Space entry and Job safety analysis.

●Reviewing the rates of each welder as per the codes and Specification.

●Preparation of Weld map, Weld Traceability Test package, Test reports and Monthly welder performance report.

●Witnessing vacuum box test, penetration oil test as per requirements.

●Line flushing, disinfection and testing of water.

●Witnessing Service/Hydrostatic test on pipelines.

●Reviewing Test packages and handover all the documents to the Client.
