Sales Express, one of the highly visible and business critical applications of AT&T. It is used to sell products like MISE, Gamma – SDN over Ethernet to potential customers. Customers can go through the entire process from the iPad Application Sales Express. Also, contract can be digitally signed; this reduces the time to market. It has been a highly successful application for AT&T by significantly reducing sales time and adding up to the customer satisfaction. Sales Express interacts with highly complicated and most used contracting systems to get the contracts and customer details and to exchange status at various processing stages. Sales Express has undergone consistent set of enhancement and maintenance releases.

UVerse Care Portal (UCP) - The U-Verse Care Portal is targeted as a single portal to seamlessly integrate Work Flow Agent GUI and other systems, tools and utilities access in a consistent and intelligent manner. The goal is to show the agent exactly what they need, when they need it, with a consistent look and feel across all accessed applications. The purpose of this project is to provide a single source U-verse Field Operations Portal for the technicians to perform the installation and repair of the U-verse, and U-verse return tickets through the Care Assurance Portal (CAP). There are three user roles like Admin, Manager and Technician. This UFO interacts with different interfaces like EDGE, ISAAC and GCAS. UFO Portal provides easy access to various tools & port lets which helps in troubleshooting the customer problems quickly. Manage AT&T Uverse tickets conveniently anytime, anywhere via I PAD. Improve productivity. Improve the speed and accuracy for resolving the U-verse.
