Study of Bistable SiGe Resonant Tunnel Diode and its applications in Tunnel SRAM
In this the Study and design of Bistable SiGe tunnel diode for high speed and low power applications Tunnel Static Random Access Memory has been done. A brief study on different type of applications of Tunnel diode based devices and circuits and after that the design of the SiGe Resonant Tunnel diode for low power applications has been presented in the dissertation.
