• Responsible for carrying out overall machining of the jobs from the vendors within a scheduled time.

• Checking the physical condition of the jobs at shop and then deciding the scope of machining required for the desired job.

• Based on the machining scope and drawings, selecting the appropriate vendor from the approved vendor list and then discussing with them about the time frame.

• Checking inventory, creating purchase orders and dispatch advices using SAP.

• Preparing the schedules for different machining scopes.

• Arranging transport vehicles by studying weights and sizes of the jobs and also considering the vendor locations.

• Taking vendor follow-ups to ensure the machining is carried out within the schedule.

• Monitoring monthly plan to meet the targets.

Description : We studied the Vapour Compression Refrigeration System using R134a refrigerant by manufacturing a setup to parametrically analyze the effect of sub-cooling on compressor to compare it with the Basic Vapour Compression Refrigeration System running without sub- cooling.
