Cenergy International (Contracted to Chevron) – Midland, TX Providing location oversight, coaching and mentoring through the Verification and Validation unit for Chevron. Overseeing projects that have a high-risk element for serious injury or fatality. Ensuring that crews are maintaining safe standards and following guidelines set forth for each task. Coaching crews to ensure they understand the possibility of critical injury or fatal outcomes by not following the criteria set forth. Providing feedback to the V&V team in group meetings to determine if standards are adequate and can be executed effectively.
