Principal Architect ServiceNow ITOM solution.

- CMDB health Dashboard- Identification Rules/ Reconciliations.

- Defining pre-requisites for ITOM deployment on highly complex customer environment.

- Pre-sales activities including live demo on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud and Instances consolidation

( including Proof of Value or POV ).

- Design proposal.

- Analyze current tools and processes.

- Produce customized Maturity reports for end client outlining advantage of migrating from a static environment to a service aware.

- Working closing with peers to set the appropriate scope based on customer’s particular

requirements, knowledge and assessment.

- Determine ITOM milestones to be met during the tools deployment.

- Event management deployment and configuration (with/without OOB connectors).

- Create event mapping rules and filters, alerts action rules, remediations, etc.

- Create custom SOAP and REST messages ( inbound and outbound ) for third party tool integration.
