Total 5 years experience in different organizations i.e. in wind mill tower erection, steel Structure fabrication & erection and SCR Dosing system (xNox) in HCV vehicles (Mahindra). ORGANIZATION

Currently working for Tenneco Clean Air India Private Limited, as a Service support engineer of SCR Dosing system in Mahindra Blazo series (BS IV HCV vehicles),since 22 January 2018 to till date.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the team of 10 service support engineer in PAN India for SCR (xNox) dosing system.

• Deep analysis of SCR reports of 10 service engineer team in PAN India for finding the root cause of failure on field and map out strategy to minimize the failure.

• Planning of the strategy to minimize the failure on field like training program for technician for handling the system, planning for customer and driver awareness program.

• Working as Service support Engineer (Site Support RJ &MP territory) for Tenneco Automotive India Pvt. Ltd which provide SCR Dosing system to Mahindra Commercial Vehicles.

• Having specialization in SCR (xNox) Dosing system.

• Making SCR report and planning schedule check-up of vehicle accordingly and taking a trail of vehicle for perfect functioning of SCR Dosing system and FE of vehicle.

• Official visit at various Mahindra authorized Dealerships in India & scheduled many programs like Mechanic Training, Tools Audit, Tools Availability, Driver Training etc.

• Monitoring the timely solution of customer complaints within TAT & take steps for process improvements to ensure that similar complaints don’t repeat.

• Supervise all the activities related to wind mill erection .Tower erection, Nacelle preparation and erection, Blade assembly in the hub and rotor Erection.

• To supervise the cable termination process in the wind mill tower and check all the connection are properly and ground earthed is done properly from blade to the foundation.

• To supervise all the activity on the site until the tower is handover to the commissioning team.
