Project Details:

All completed self-evaluations for partners and other groups are being completed on-line. Reed Smith generates the combined PDF for each group using the Reporting Services tool. Then, file is sent to ICON for further reporting. Reed Smith also generates the combined PDF for all the completed evaluations for paralegals and that file is being reviewed by Paraprofessional admins and/or PGLs.

During requirement sessions, Reed Smith identifies the need for this combined PDF report in PeopleSoft for (a) each of the completed evaluations for partners and other groups and (b) paralegals. This modification only required to combine each of the completed evaluations’ PDF copies into one PDF report for reporting purpose.

Responsibilities:

Designed Page for Document type selection and added button to generate Combined PDF Evaluation Report.

To generate Evaluation report by utilizing delivered EP_EVAL template (XML Publisher report).

Written People code to get multiple employees evaluation details based on selected document and merged into single XML file and passed XML to EP_EVAL template to generate PDF report.
