● This company hires to work at different Indian Health Services ER around the USA for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. I have worked at Fort Yates, North Dakota and recently HHCC (Hopi Health Care Center) in Polacca,Arizona.

● At the emergency room department my job is to take a full history, perform a physical exam, and develop a differential diagnosis by the patient's clinical presentation.

(emergency department, pediatric and adolescent

ward); one unit has patients around ages less than 13years old and another unit ages more than 13years old.

● Also in charge of the Emergency Department,

evaluate (full history/mental exam), stabilize and dispose of patients. Any intervention with patients

(medications/restrictions) within the 24 hour shift is discussed with the psychiatrist on call for any

medication change, patient disposition or needs to be admitted.

● Dealt with autistic, suicidal/homicidal,

schizophrenics, schizoaffective, hypersexual,

anti-social, oppositional-defiant patients, etc., and ordered the following medications to stabilize or treat patients, these are; Zydis, Seroquel, Haldol, vistaryl, Ativan, lithium, Catapress, etc and at times soft

records, performing detailed medical histories and physicals. Evaluate and determine military

suitability by means of medical examination in order to determine approval/disapproval for processing at MEPS. They do not provide malpractice coverage

since we are covered by the Gonzalez Act.

● Responsible for preventing and treating physical damage to a fighter during the breaks between rounds of a full contact match such as boxing, kickboxing or a mixed martial arts bout.

● I handled swelling, nosebleeds and lacerations. The rules of full contact sports stipulate that these injuries can be a cause for premature match stoppage,

counting as a loss to the injured fighter. During the athletes training period I would evaluate injuries and determine if he was fit for a professional fight.
