Area Supervisor in M/S Ravi Energie Private Limited from 23rd October 2018 to till date

Coordinating with M/S QCI Team and collecting the Delivery orders of by road mode of various customers and deploying efficient man power in different locations of mines for proper collection of samples as per IS 436 dispatch from CCl- subsidary Mines

Coordinating with M/S QCI of the rake allotment programmers in various sidings of consumers and ensuring to collect the rake sample collection by deploying efficient man power and following the rules of IS 436

Coordinating and maintaining a healthy relationship with CCL and Railway officials for prompt operation as per the feasibility

Ensure to transport the collected samples of by road and rail mode by cross verifying the On Site Register to coal preparation room

Coordinating with CCL Lab Department for the sample preparation of coal as per IS 436

After completion of coal samples for TM ensuring carefully for the packing of 4 sample parts and maintaining a proper seal with stamping

Coordinating with CCL officials for the preparation of TM analysis

Ensuring for maintaining a proper record of By road & road mode collection samples as per random table and cross verifying from each sampling point

Handling a team of more than 150 members and developing team communication by providing a motivate speeches in diplomatic manner to rectify the issues in timely

Preparing shift schedule to team and deploying man power in various points as per the operational feasibility

Deploying efficient man power and providing training and will share the sampling methods of IS 436 and IS0 17020 for ground level knowledge
