Determining shrinkages of flame cut parts in order to define raw part dimensions in welded constructions.
Hands on experience in offer drawing, stability drawing, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
Designed and developed aggregate bins for in-house production. Implemented RBT suspension for concrete equipped vehicles. Designed Jigs and Fixtures for in-house production of arms. Designed Locators for ROBO, which resulted in reduction of 10 minutes to mount a single job.
Leading a team of two members to update and create new documentation (Operating Instruction and SPS) for machines. Coordinating with Procurement and Planning team to develop designed parts.
Assist Production team in assembling the designed components for the first prototype.

PROJECT WORK
DESIGN AND RESTORATION OF VASCO CLOCK TOWER. The project included designing a functional fully mechanical clock with a team of 5 members. This project has polished my skills with designing software like SOILDWorks. The project was undertaken as a part of my final year BE project.
INCREASING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BOTTLING PER DAY UP TO 2000. The project included finding a solution to increase the production efficiency of the production line with a team of 3 members. The project has helped improve my team and time management, analyzing and technical skills. The project was undertaken as a part of an industrial training program at HINDUSTAN COCA COLA BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED with the PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
