Corporate IT Manager Reporting to: Corporate Main director

Mexican company, dedicated to food processing and restaurant administration, 1,200 employees.

Define the strategy in all matters relating to systems, infrastructure and telecommunications, in addition to setting the standard for the responsibilities of each company around the IT. Integrating services and reducing costs and simplifying the operation, plant and sales office.

Main Accomplishments

POS Management with 150 points.

Integration the MES with Intelisis. Upgrade of Intelisis from V4500 to V6000.

Oracle cloud implementation, we replaced the ERP Intelisis by Oracle in 11 months.

I proposed the Integration of the communication infrastructure, under IP, connecting all the regions and offices, integrating all companies and branches, reducing communication costs by up to 30%, simplifying the use and support in communication.

We move to standardize software, pushing the use of the ERP looking for use it for all the complete operation, reducing the use of Excel spreadsheets and manual activity by 20%.

We developed an intranet as a company front and a group identity.

Developed of DRP plan, it is working over the cloud platform.

We create a Call Center in order to take sales order for different restaurants centralizing the operation, also for outbounds calls.

IT and Administrative Manager Reporting to: Main Director

Israeli company dedicated to the satellite location devices, manufacturing safety devices.

Management of the material and human resources, and control over all technical issues in the company, under a critical mission service 7X24, telecommunications, telephony, technical support, system development, structured cabling, electrical energy, mobile phones, equipments and SIM for localization. Link between Israel and Mexico teams. In the system development and implementation for LA (Brazil and Argentina) I worked as IT leader. Physical and logical security; Responsible of the IT budget and investments; Through the Call Center I was in charge of the Customer relation and attention.

Main accomplishments:

ERP MS Dynamics 2009 implementation, successfully we implemented the solution, in 6 months, in a join of efforts with the Israel Corporation, reducing the manual activities in a 50%, including interfaces and operation adjustments.

MS CRM implementation, supporting to the sales increasing in a 20% and increasing the clients.

I participated in the development of the infrastructure to support the LAN and communications; we did an analysis to ensure the next 5 years growing. Electronic invoice was implemented, paperless (90%).

Servers upgrade including failover and clusters for SQL, implementing a disk array with a high availability to support the growing for the next 5 years.

In charge of the policies and procedures development, segregation of duties (80% processes developed).

HP Gold Partner Company dedicated to sale equipment and devices and IT consultant.

I was in charge of the evaluation and validation of all the telecommunication and system projects, integrating several services and solutions from different providers. Responsible of open a new market niche, in a short time, having as a main focus the development and maintenance systems, over standard or in house applications, including ERPs implementation and customization. Also focus the efforts in the optimizations and tuning of policies and standard implementation and development procedures. Today, several projects have been closed, due the proposals were well supported, technically and administratively.

Main accomplishments:

Support to Pedro Domecq in the SAP implementation through the BPM methodology, also we prepared the information for interfaces and massive information loads.

In a bank we provided the support to the changes, tuning and core banking implementation and all the related systems.

In the IPAB we took the NT servers administration, including software and hardware, mail and data base, including the main maintenance and upgrades, debugging techniques and improvements, also the logical and physical security, reducing the employees and costs in a 20%. Develop of security and administration policies.

Technical support on site to mobile equipments in the “Procuraduría Agraria”, since installed software to security aspects, passing over the maintenance and improvements of the applications, reducing personal and cost in 20%.

Assignment and administration of external resources to support the operation in the Secretaria de la Reforma Agraria.

American company, dedicated to manufacturing and sales of plastic hermetic, through 150 distribution points (Direct sales).

I was in charge of the IT area administration, including plant and sales office (System development and maintenance, telecommunications, networks, computer and communication devices, equipment administrations, structured cabling, sites, logical and physical security and telephony). Having as main objective to provide the consultant ship and support to the business objectives, orienting the IT efforts to the company objectives, assuring the correct implementation, integration, use, and maintenance of the information systems and the technology. Budget administration for expenses and investment, develop of the strategic annual IT plan. Coordinator of the IT area for Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina; working as LA director.

Main accomplishments:

Strong participation in the SAP implementation for the Manufacture and Finance areas, Latin America area (Brazil and Venezuela), where I participated as a Latin America leader.

Policies and procedures were implemented necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the systems and increase the security including Sites, increasing the IT team performance in a 10%.

Develop of the new system to picking and distribution of the sales orders, this software became in a corporative software, it allow us to reduce the picking time in a 40%, increasing the efficacy until the 99%. I coordinated the implementation of this system in Portugal, Greece and Spain. Mexico is in charge of this corporative system, supporting the requirements of the rests of the countries.

In 3 months we developed the IT procedures and policies in accordance the SOX requirements, to support the headquarters audit process.

We developed a new sales system and its interfaces in 4 months, including the policies and procedures, to support the products sales through of a new sales channel with different sales commission, supporting the sales in a 10%

Developed a sales and administrative system for distributors, this works through Internet, including e-commerce for our distributors and the sales force, it allowed to distributors to have more time to attend the business in around a 50%.

New technology integration, like sales orders by Internet and GPRS, with these kinds of projects the company could have the sales orders 24 hours in advance, in order to have a best product and materials planning and service to the sales force.

We created the Windows NT network connecting plant and sales office; also we connect it to the Tupperware WAN. We took advantage of this to automate the backups between the remote sites.

ERP MFG/PRO re-implementation and release update, in six months we can move from version 6.0 to EB2. Taking advantage of the new version features and modules, including the graphic interface. Reducing the manual work in a 10%.

Main accomplishments:

BPCS implementation, in sales office and plant, it allows to reduce in a 40% the manual activities.

Implementation of Hand held for the sales force to take the sales orders, allowing having the sales orders 2 days in advance, increasing the MRP reliability in a 25%.

Parametric promotion system was developed, allowing reduce the system preparation in around 40%, as well to allow a higher number of the combinations, in benefits of the Market area.

Integration of the sales system to the ERP, with this projects we reduce the interfaces and manual activities en a 30%, as well as we reduce the risk of the information to cero.
