Decision Making Models in Uncertain Environment in Healthcare Industry

This project involves developing strategic models which will help managers of health care industry to take appropriate decisions especially in uncertain environment.

These decision making models will be useful right from installation of healthcare unit to management of other day to day decision like capacity planning using simulation based models based strong fundamentals of mathematics,statistics especially in uncertain environment.

Here many tools like Monte Carlo simulations, Markov Chains, Decision trees which are based on probability will be used In this project models will be simulated using hypothetical data but can be adopted to real time situation by placing actual data.

Co-authored a paper titled “Design Framework of Hybrid RMS for Ball Manufacturing Industry” presented at ICAMS Conference and to be published in IOP Conference Series: Material Science Engineering (Scopus) elaborating a hypothetical reconfigurable manufacturing system for sports goods manufacturing PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lecturer at MM Tutorials, Vile Parle East, Mumbai 06/2019 – 12/2019

● Delivering lectures on Math, Physics and Chemistry to students from grade 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11

● Providing copies of significant handwritten notes along with conducting amply amount of mock tests

● Partaking in a new project of the Institute of conducting lectures for students from 12th grade that have failed in either of the subjects mentioned above, train them well enough so that they pass in their respective exams with good scores in their next attempt

Achievements: The success rate of the new project – 88% Industrial Volunteering Experience at Mahindra and Mahindra, Kandivali East, Mumbai for a competition: A World In Motion (AWIM), held by SAE India 10/2018 – 12/2018 Led and trained a team of 4 school students of grade 6 for the regionals (Mumbai) level competition AWIM to inculcate an interest in science and technology via projects based on Newtonian laws Achievements: Won the first place at the district level and represented Mumbai division at the 11th AWIM National Olympics 2018

● During Kerala Floods, 2018, Volunteered with ‘Goonj’ (NGO) by conducting a Donation Drive at College to help the people stranded in Kerala.
