EXPERIENCE
PROJECT ENGINEER/ EXTERIOR SUPERINTENDENT, SRM DEVELOPMENT
Combine knowledge of engineering methods and construction methods with services including, but not limited to: demolition, shoring, structural concrete, auger cast piles, cold-formed steel, structural steel, electrical, low voltage, commercial kitchen, interior design, mechanical, plumbing, dry and wet utilities, fire prevention, and landscaping.
Consulted with the architect, owner, and lead estimators to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues during the submittal process.
Supervised, evaluated, and monitored the RFI process in it’s entirely.
Supervised and verified staffing needs on a per-project basis in order to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for managing the change order proposal process to the project manager.
Provide support for planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.

Prepare and maintain the project's baseline schedule and all subsequent monthly updates.
Video record and document all existing project conditions prior to any construction on site.
Upload weekly progress photos to be properly labeled and filed on Procore.
Prepare and maintain the project's eight-week look ahead schedules.
Conduct, and/or delegate, prepare meeting agendas for all weekly subcontractor meetings, pre-installation meetings, kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and safety meetings.
Oversee and manage the daily coordination of all daily subcontractor activities.
Collect man counts and daily reports for each subcontractor on-site. 4/2016 – 5/2017
