I am Assuring the Parts Quality which is machined inhouse at MVML. By establishing various quality controls

i.e check sheet, Layered Auditing, Honing Health monitoring. Process parameter auditing in HMC & Honing machines & VMCs.

SPC monitoring for CTQ parameters i.e all SC CC Parameters in drawing. Z characteristic of Assy parameters.

First off inspection for all Honing related change events. & close monitoring Surface roughness hybrid parameters.

Assy concern resolution for internal customers & reducing of Internal user PPM.

L0 analysis and concern closure report preparation thru QCRT for chronic quality concern.

Co-ordinate with supplier quality assurance dept. for reducing incoming part quality issues.

Close monitoring of PIST % of Cyl Head & Cyl Block which is checked in CMM internal. & whenever NOk found arising alarm & seeking action plan & prevent it for re-occurrence.

Performing yard check for internal NOK & User plant assy complaints.

Planing of Various online measuring gauges for CTQ parameters to avoid dependency of CMM & easy Fast checking.

Performing Poka yoke audits to ensure the system effectiveness.

Review of Dynamic Control Plan with Cross function team for modification & changes in Control plan, PFC & PFMEA.

Improvements:

Online gauges development done for SC & CC parameters to improve detection control & reduce the CMM dependency time.

Visual indication dispaly made for CTQ parameters in honing for better monitoring & action.

A fixture designed for hybrid surface finish parameter checking by using portable surface tester.
