1990 – 1995 was maintenance technician, qualifications for position required mechanical as well as electrical technology Perform preventive maintenance and repair of production related equipment. Troubleshoot all equipment to include PLC/ Computer controlled equipment. Experience gained by being utilized as a lead, by knowledge of maintaining department functions. Made implementation of new machines and technology to advance saving and production line costs.

1995 promoted to Maintenance Group Leader, assisted Maintenance Supervisor, given the responsibility to create improvements or enhance current Production packaging lines, for improved safety and cost efficiency. Created reports to monitor material traffic between receipt and installation of all Plant production equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and repair of production related equipment. Troubleshoot all equipment to include PLC Maintained part inventory by Ordering, Receipt, Issue, and Shipping. Design drafts on SOP for training use on equipment at department level as well as department trainer for production line use. Responsibilities included complete in house rebuild of all packaging machinery.

1999 promoted Maintenance Supervisor; position required hiring and training qualified individuals to maintain production assembly lines and plant monitoring systems. Trained and supervised a proficient and equipment placement. Worked closely with all other Department heads in creating a safe and efficient work environment at a multi-plant operation. Work group, to maintain and increase productivity. Maintained a 24-hour work group including assisting engineers in proper design.
