Installing, testing of all type works HVAC systems for villas and residential buildings as per design and UAE regulations.

Testing and commissioning which includes Room temperature testing, Air Balancing, Noise Test, smoke test in smoke extract systems.

Duct fabrication, Installation Inspection.

Ensuring safe work environment, controlling the use of additional material and avoid damage and waste.

Carrying out duct able or package AC installation.

Coordinating with the sub-contractors to complete the work in time.

Assessment of work done in the previous day.

Checking the labour status.

Training the subordinates and junior engineers.

Preparation of material list as priority wise in unit area and substation.

Preparing duct as per site condition.
