DIESEL ENGINES INBOARD MARINE ( Yanmar )

POWER BOAT ENGINES

Checking first cranking over all engine.

Inspected to valve rocker Assy and camshaft.

Checking compression, after inspected piston and cylinder sleeve.

Inspect generally over all viewed damaged Mechanical parts and cracks hydraulics hoses replaced and fix it.

Check oil level & transmission level and coolant level.

Check all connection seawater pump, coolant pump.

Checking fuel filter, Fuel feed pump lubricating oil filter full-flow BYPASS.

Check fuel injector spray pattern.

Checking Alternator and V -belt .

Checking control head shift and throttle functions.

Repaired to trim tab and inspected seal.

MERCURY YAMAHA SUZUKI OUTBOARD ( mechanical failure )

Install power steering .

Repair starter motor.

Check compression leak.

Overhauling gear cases.
