Baker's Yeast Manufacturing Feasibility Study - Consulting, Saudi Arabia (06/2019 - 10/2019) Conducted a feasibility study for Baker's Yeast manufacturing facility in KSA and held an initial meeting with the largest yeast manufacturer in the world (Lesaffre) which helped in identifying the project's bottlenecks. Deliverables submitted included assessing the technical partner's capabilities, identifying entry strategies, and required enablement incentives. National Industrial Strategy (NIS): BioPark - Full-time, Saudi Arabia (06/2018 - 06/2019) The project involved different sub-projects such as the National Clinical Trials Command Center, Fast-track Drug Registration for local manufacturers, Special funding schemes for the life science industry, and erasing logistical hurdles/pain for pharmaceutical shipments. The project is jointly executed with International Development Ireland (IDI). Plasma Products Loclization (Project Vital) - Public Investment Fund (02/2018 - 06/2019) An initiative led by PIF, NICDP was part of a governmental task-force mandated to enable the project following a PPP model.
