Attend international trade shows, attend international Architect and General Contractor conferences/seminars/events.
Responsibilities:
oOversee company’s international sales force and international sales efforts. Incorporate and perform sales functions, collaborate, supervise, lead, plan, evaluate and provide customer service. Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure the sales force focused on target markets and customer needs.
oPerform, guarantee, and facilitate exchanges as a Liaison Officer between the firm and all the involved entities. Streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that relationships were as beneficial as possible. Ensure all entities are properly working with each other and facilitate the sharing of information between involved entities, or between an agency and the community.
o I had responsibilities as a Project Manager to manage key client projects. Including the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects and prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, supervise, monitor, and summarize progress of projects.
oI was an Operations Consultant involved in arranging, administering, and organizing the affairs of the company. Including creating policies and supervising day-to-day activities as well as directing the distribution and usage of materials, human resources, and other business assets. As a result, I regularly served as “acting” Plant Manager, Service Center Manager, Assistant Plant Manager and Assistant Service Center Manager.
Sommer and Maca Industries – Cicero IL, Export Sales Manager/Sales Representative 01/2004-03/2008. (4 years) Joint leader of the Export Sales Department shared with Assistant Export Manager. Sommer and Maca Industries was acquired by CRL US Aluminum in March 2008. Same responsibilities as above.
