Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Diarized the MD/CEO’s meetings, appointments and events.

Assisting in day to day activities

Coordinating and preparing decoration plans

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
