Quantity preparation and Rate Analysis

Prepare and review contractors invoice, variation claims and process it.

Preparation of Running Account Bills.

Quality control.

Preparation of Project schedule.

Coordinate with design consultant for successful completion of project.

Follow up with administration/ Accounts department for mobilization related matter like temporary site facilities in accordance with contract.

Update the project schedule and generation of reports.

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum under Kerala University in 2008.

Technical Skills: STAAD Pro, Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel.
