ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Technical and Commercial audit for broadcaster’s on behalf of my company

Head for seeding STBs and finalizing payment terms for all commercial establishments across Tamilnadu.

Responsible for implementing Phase III and Phase IV DAS operations across Tamilnadu, addressed all challenges and issues

Attend meetings with TRAI with respect to DAS implementation and DAS license issues for Phase 1

Provide inputs for packaging of channels, Interconnection agreement with both broadcasters and cable TV operators, Quality of Standard for Subscribers

Generate monthly report for TRAI including channel pack, a-la-carte channels, subscribers report both active and inactive, STB seeding report and subscriber’s compliance report across Tamilnadu

Authorised person for TDSAT-Delhi on behalf of the company to deal various issues with cable TV operators to be sorted out amicably.

Create Genre-wise packages and fixing rates for both packages and a-la-carte channels

Generated monthly advisory reports for Broadcaster’s has been signed by me

Monitor progress against expectations and the performance of staff for work on all services and projects, looking to improve quality, cost and speed within the planned activity for the day

Issue management, Health and safety responsibility for the Operational area.
