HOSPICE RN – NATIONAL CHURCH RESIDENCES – 2020-PRESENT

I care for patients during the different stages of death. I ensure that they are comfortable and maintain their dignity. I also educate and provide support to their family on patient care and coping strategies. I am primarily the weekend call RN so I am responsible for approximately 120 patients and triaging issues through phone conversations to prioritize my visits and interventions.
