Ohio University Russ College of Engineering. I developed a graphical toolkit for screening the Goetz lab’s patent space of IRF3 inhibitors. The toolkit can screen for toxicity, druglikeness, solubility, and various other chemical properties as well as automating Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship machine learning models.
