Top Strengths
Achiever
For me, every day starts at zero. By the end of the day I want to have achieved something. Being an ‘achiever’ pushes me to do more, to achieve more and to learn more. It brings me energy to work long hours without burning out. It’s the push that I can always count on to get me started on new tasks and new challenges.
Maximiser
Excellence, not average, is my measure. When I work on something, I nurture it, refine it and stretch it towards excellence. I do what it takes to get things right. I build on what I do best.
Adaptability
I am a very flexible person who can stay productive when the demands of work are pulling me in many different directions at once. This strength also enables me to respond willingly to the demands of the moment even if it pulls me away from my plans. I thrive in environments where I must deal with unexpected requests, unanticipated problems, or changing priorities.
Includer
I believe that we are all equally important, no matter what race, sex, nationality, personality or faith. No one should be left out. I want to draw everyone in to feel the warmth and support of others.
Consistency
Checking tasks, assigned to me, off my list brings me great pleasure. I am quite content when I have performed to the best of my abilities. I am also a straightforward person who likes to do what works and tend not to focus on showy, complex or confusing manoeuvres when doing my work.
