Managed IT projects for large Pharmaceutical Benefits Management (PBM) clients, from conceptualization through to implementation. Projects managed ranged from $60k – $750k, with resources co-located throughout the world and crossed multiple application areas, including adjudication, digital, data warehouse, member portal, voice response, Medicare, Medicaid, and others.

Participated in implementations for several complex clients, including BCBSRI, Capital District Physicians HP, Centene, and GEHA.

Supported one of CVS’ largest, most difficult, and demanding clients in all elements of their IT interactions, resulting in their continued business for 20 years. Worked closely with both internal and client upper management teams.
