Responsibilities:

Review Projects specifications and prepare detailed BOQ & Proposal of Projects for Clients.

Review Contract / Project specifications, evaluate design and prepare fully detailed sketches, layout drawings.

In Case of incomplete data from consultant, Calculation of KA level of bus bar, Breaker rating, Cable Voltage drop Calculation.

Designing & upgrading electrical design for improvement in quality, workmanship, cost reduction & flexibility in LV Switchgears. Preparing of Single lines, Schematic diagram of LV Switchgear Products and Distribution Boards as per client requirements.

Visiting sites for modification of LV switchgears and cables according to client requirement with respect to load and authority rules. After collecting required data from sites estimating the cost of the project and preparing all required documents for project.

Team coordination with other departments like marketing & Production to provide assistance in making technical submittal and for development of systematic and adequate design.

Sending request for Technical Submittal preparation once order is confirmed or on request from Sales.

Performing variation workouts with respect to revised documents as and when applicable. Attend Technical discussions with Customer & Consultant whenever required.

Follow-up for Approvals from customer with Project Team.

Releasing Approved panels to Production.

Attending meeting with Contractors.

Planning and supervising Switchgear Internal & External projects and executing them with innovation solutions.
