Arterial Mounting Apparatus Design August 2020-Dec 2020

Constructed the FMEA, RRCA(FishBone) and QFD. This analysis acquired our design goal of a robust design.

Engineered a system to accommodate the mounting of rigid and flexible 3D printed and real human arteries for pressure measurement in the Pulsatile Loop. This design will provide more accurate computational readings of fluid dynamics and should be used for future studies.

Modeled this design with FEA approach using Ansys software to simulate this computer model of structure, or machine components for analyzing strength, toughness and elasticity of this design.

Aircraft Rudder Control System (primary control system). January 2020-May 2020

Created a four-bar linkage used to control a rubber fin surface of an aircraft rubber control system.

Run motion, kinematics and dynamic analyses on Ansys software to simulate this computer models of structures, electronics, or machine components for analyzing strength, toughness and elasticity of this design.

Developed impact statement to show Aircraft Elevon Control System will have a positive impact in the aviation sector and possibly submarine applications. This will cut down on the amount of fuel and energy needed to transport the product from the manufacturing facility to the consumer or point of sale.
