I had an opportunity to undergo my industrial training program by the prestigious Piccadily New Delhi for a period of 17 weeks successfully cleared in all 4 major departments with key stress on learning the ongoing clock sharp coordination as well management of time, people and product on a 5 star standard.
•Experience ;I gained an experience of 1.9yrs working with the HYATT REGENCY New Delhi in food and beverage service department which gained me a lot of exposure to learn the things about the hospitality.
•Since october 2017 until date I have been working with Shangri-la New Delhi in Tamra (a multi cuisine restaurant) as a service Associate.
•A property of 320 rooms with outlets including TAMRA(a multi cuisine restaurant,Sorrento(italian fine dinning restaurant), Shang palace(chinese fine dinning restaurant) Grappa(italian bar), Mr chai(tea lounge), Banquets and party lawn area.
•During my work tenure I got an opportunity to serve some famous personalities like, sports personalities,politician,film celebrities and some famous hoteliers.
•I had been a part of so many wine dinners which enhanced my wine and food skills .
•Attented Several wine classes by certified sommeliers.
•I have been a part of so many wine and whiskey training under some expertise.
