Responsibilities:

First point of contact between the vendor and Amazon, for all vendor related queries.

Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Vendor’s including the appropriate

escalation of Vendor issues.

light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult

contacts as needed.
