--Daily monitoring of fuel consumption in and out of Morocco, Giving drivers abroad instructions on the quantity of fuel to add and the paths to destinations, establish and analyze monthly reports on diesel consumption per truck and per customer, GPS Monitoring ... presenting graphics, Check monthly invoices of fuel and overseas highway, establish estimates of Recoverable VAT per trimester, prepare annual reports, monitoring the validity of documents of trucks and trailers, managing the stock of spare pieces, daily control of the mechanic agent reports, processing export /import operations…

Logistics Agent

--Assign drivers according to the export planning; Ensure the availability of trailers for customers; Process export/import documents (CMR, invoices, establish booking sheet, contacting shipping companies for a request of boarding, bill of lading or manifest number…) give customers the position of trailers and estimated time of arrival; give drivers instructions of the way or high-way to use, establish a statistic monthly exports by customers…

Remotely operate the main trolley of the automated DSTS during the manual cycle to load and discharge containers and any other cargo from all vessels

Remotely operate the main trolley of the automated DSTS in a complete manual mode as and when required

Remotely handle the gondola, safety-cage..

Special handling by using OOG mode

Remotely handle the Hatch-covers in using Hatchcover mode..

Register the crane stoppages as per procedures in place

Monitor the proper execution of the work queues as dispatched by the process controllers. In case of deviation (rambling etc.) proactively liaise with the remote crane clerks

Ensure deckmen and lashers are constantly working in safe conditions by making regular visual inspections through the DSTS cameras

Carry out all routine pre and post inspection on DSTS and remote desk and ensure any defects are reported immediately to the supervisor
